The country notes summarize the trade control measures adopted by some selected developing countries which affect volume, structure and direction of their trade flows.
The information contained in the country notes are based exclusively on information collected and received by TRAINS development team in its effort to develop and maintain the UNCTAD Database on Trade Control Measures. As such, the information provided may not represent the complete list of trade measures adopted in a country.
The country notes are presented according to the UNCTAD Coding System of Trade Control Measures, which is also used in the Database.
