Training methodology and courses


TrainForTrade's high-quality courses are based on a rigorous methodology, the TRAIN-X systems approach to course design, development and delivery. The methodology includes the regular updating and adaptation of training courses to the needs of beneficiary countries or regions. The approach consists of three stages and nine phases

1. the analysis stage:

2. the development stage:

3. the implementation stage:

  • validation and revision
  • implementation of training
  • post-training evaluation

On the basis of the TrainForTrade methodology, core courses and local training materials are developed.
