The aim of this training workshop is to build capacity in Vietnam on trade and environment issues related to the implementation of four multilateral environmental agreements (MEAs) – the Basel Convention, the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species, the Montreal Protocol and the Convention on Biological Diversity and its Biosafety Protocol. The training is meant to raise the level of capacity and promote the interests of the major players in the following areas:
