Electronic exchanges
|
| Some platforms offer services to e-exchanges in order to allow the
latests to enter into derivatives trade. As this is quite new, a very
complex task and due to recent unpredictable movements in stock exchanges,
until now no real e-exchange can provide a full range of derivatives.
Nevertheless, the sites below show that everything is under development
and close to be settled. |

This site was founded in February 2000
with the aim to add derivatives to B2B exchanges product packages.
Especially, among other services, it would offer clearing services,
through its onExchange Clearing Corporation. OnExchange has already
applied for approval by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. |

This site is similar to the above one, founded in February
2000, it provides technical possibilities for e-exchanges to offer
derivatives. Founded in February 2000, it has signed an agreement
with the Chicago-based Board of Trade Clearing Corporation in which
the Clearing Corporation will provide position and deal management
services for Opt4 derivatives customers. This agreement will enter
into force by the first quarter of 2001. |
