The Earth Council Learning Center (ECLC) is an open, global learning facility that aims to:

• Enable organizations working on sustainable development to use the power of e-learning in their training, education and capacity building work;
• Enable organizations to reach thousands of learners around the world though the appropriate application of e-learning technology; and
• Promote lifelong learning, which is the most effective tool in transforming our world.
