FOSS Advisory Team Consultations at WSIS 2

The UNCTAD secretariat will participating from 15-19 November 2005 at the forthcoming World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS), to be held in Tunis.

Among its activities at WSIS, UNCTAD will be providing advisory services on free and open-source software.

UNCTAD will provide individual consultations to delegations through its FOSS Advisory Team, consisting of knowledgeable leaders in FOSS policy and practice from intergovernmental organizations, industry, civil society and academia.

The four one-hour consultation slots will take place at the following times in the UNCTAD Exhibition Stand: 

• At 11 a.m. on Wednesday, 16 November 2005
• At 4 p.m. on Wednesday, 16 November 2005
• At 4 p.m. on Thursday, 17 November 2005
• At 2 p.m. on Friday, 18 November 2005
