The Debt Management-DMFAS Programme is largely subsidized thanks to the generous support of bilateral donors. Currently these include France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway and Sweden.

Some financial support is also provided by beneficiaries through a cost-sharing mechanism and by UNCTAD's regular budget.
